A modern medical practice in Redhill is seeking a part-time receptionist to join their team. The role involves providing efficient reception services, ensuring accurate patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks. Training will be provided, and while an interest in IT is preferred, the primary focus will be on delivering outstanding support to both GPs and patients. This position offers approximately 20 contracted hours per week with potential for overtime.
We are looking for aperson with good computer, coordination and communication skills to join ourreception team.
Specifictraining given although an interest in IT is preferable.
There are two part time roles available for approximately 20 contracted hours per week, with the opportunity of overtime available. Our reception team working hours are:
7:30am (if doing an early, one team member per day) until 12:30pm, 4:30pm or 7pm if doing a late (two team members per day) with one hour unpaid lunch.
We ask that all staff assist with overtime, a minimum of 4 hours per month.

Toensure that all record keeping, both manual and computerised, is accurate and upto date

Runningthe appointment and associated IT systems accurately and to maximise use ofavailable time
Repeatprescribing as directed by the doctors
Dealingwith queries by reference to both computerised and manual records
Clericalwork related to the reception function
Openingand closing premises, ensuring readiness for use and security out of hours
Othersuch duties as required for the smooth running of the practice
The House Partnership is a modern friendly Practice in Redhill representing one of the three sites which make up The House Partnership between Greystone House Surgery, Caterham Valley Medical Practice and The Moat House Surgery.
Training for this role will take place at Greystone House Surgery, 99 Station Road, Redhill, RH1 1EB. Cross-site working between the Merstham and Redhill sites may be required however this role is mostly based at Greystone House.
