This role is based in our Plymouth clinic (Plymouth, Massachusetts).

At Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), we are committed to improving access to the highest-quality mental health care in our local communities. As a Patient Care and Site Coordinator (Front Office Medical Receptionist), you will be the first face clients see, setting the stage for a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and check clients in, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Handle phone calls efficiently, maintaining effective communication.
  • Manage insurance processes with attention to detail for smooth client experiences.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Support telehealth services, embracing digital healthcare evolution.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team, enhancing our culture of excellence.
  • Potentially train in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and assist in training new team members.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, contributing to a positive clinic environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in medical office settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
  • Effective communication skills, client-focused approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
