We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join the team at Dart Vale Dental Care in Totnes, South Devon.

Dart Vale Dental Care is an established private dental practice in Totnes that provides high-quality dental care to the local area.

We offer a full range of dental treatments, including all necessary treatments to secure and maintain oral health. We also offer treatments not available under NHS, such as hygienist services and cosmetic treatments like tooth whitening, stain removal, and tooth polishing.

What does the role involve?
  • Managing reception throughout the day
  • Checking in and out patients
  • Collecting payments
  • Managing and ensuring the diary is booked correctly
  • Managing recalls
  • Handling phone, email, and SMS enquiries from patients
  • Dealing with all new patient enquiries
