What’s in It for You?

Reporting to our Practice Manager, this position will suit someone who has excellent organisational skills and experience of working with people in a customer/patient-facing environment.

Responsibilities will include working as part of the practice reception team to ensure our patients are well looked after when they contact and visit us. This will include dealing with the public in a professional manner whilst taking telephone calls at reception and providing solutions to a variety of problems and queries. You will also be required to handle and receipt NHS patient payments and work as part of the whole dental team to assist in the provision and delivery of dental care and services to patients

Professional Development:

We’ll help you develop your skills with access to our Smile Together Training Academy.

Competitive Salary:

£ 24,637.57 per annum, paid pro rata.
