Main duties of the job
General reception and administrative duties such as:
Patient facing interactions, answering the phones, booking appointments, actioning blood forms and prescriptions.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to:
Scanning, summarising, referrals,registrations, workflow and document management.

Receive, assist and direct patients inaccessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous,efficient and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the practiceteam and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors,either in person or via the telephone.

Administration
- To have athorough knowledge of all practice procedures
- To work inaccordance of written protocols
- Actioning notes for summarising and updating as necessary
- Scanning and filing post in medical records
- Fax andphotocopy as requested

Reception
