Receiving patients consulting with members ofpractice team
Handing completed repeat prescriptions to patientand checking names, address and contact details.
Be able to cover all reception positions asnecessary
Deal with visits requests
Computer data entry and medical records.
Process patients change of address computer data andmedical records.
Process repeat prescription request in accordancewith practice guidelines.
Have working knowledge of telephone/bleep system,during and after hours.
Ensure building security have thorough knowledge ofdoors/windows/alarm.
Any other tasks allocated by manager
