UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the Medical Operations team delivering UEFA EURO 2028 across the UK & Ireland. You will handle travel, accommodation, meetings and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Based at Wembley with travel across the UK & Ireland, the role focuses on governance, budgeting, documentation and project support to help the team run efficiently and meet tournament timelines.

• Become a central point of contact for the medical department.
• Manage travel and accommodation for the medical operations team including meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate meetings—scheduling, venue bookings, agendas and actions.
• Assist with presentations, papers and general administration.
• Undertake projects and medical governance tasks.
• Oversee processing and payment of medical costs and maintain budgets.
• Execute additional tasks as required to meet changing priorities.
