Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking a Vehicle Access and Parking Operations Manager to oversee event transport operations at Wembley Stadium and across the UK & Ireland during UEFA EURO 2028. You will develop transport plans, coordinate with UEFA and venue contacts, and lead vehicle access and parking coordination during tournament time.

Based at Wembley with travel across the UK & Ireland, this fixed-term role requires strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills to ensure parking

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Event Transport environment or major sports tournament setting.
• Experience delivering projects to strict deadlines.
• Demonstrable stakeholder and supplier management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop Venue Transport Operations Plans for EURO 2028 match venues.
• Maintain relationships with UEFA and venue contacts to ensure aligned planning.
• Support procurement, contracting and reconciliation of external parking areas and management providers.
• Develop and implement Vehicle Access and Parking policies in line with UEFA guidelines.
• Coordinate mobility planning with the Mobility team and local stakeholders.
• Provide operational leadership to Vehicle Access and Parking Coordinators at venues during Tournament time.
