Job Title: Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist (German)

Location: Dorking Road, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 7NT

Duration: 12 Months

Overview:

TekWissen is a global workforce management provider operating throughout the UK, Europe, and other countries. The client is an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients/caregivers with high-quality customer service in the local language.
  2. Assist with second-line content management activities.
  3. Manage medical information requests received via multiple channels, including phone, email, webform, live chat, or postal mail, within required timelines and standards.
  4. Accurately document inquiries and responses according to SOPs, WI, and regulatory guidelines.
  5. Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints promptly.
  6. Respond in the customer's local language using approved English resources.
  7. Support therapeutic area teams with escalation management and content creation as needed.
General Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure quality and continuity of service across all covered countries, supporting the Medical Information IDM Customer Experience Lead and colleagues.
  2. Identify and implement process improvements.
  3. Represent MI in client country activities, including reporting, meetings, and training.
  4. Support country relationship management for specific markets.
  5. Act as a point of contact for MI staff, ensuring country-specific data is relevant and up to date.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Degree in life sciences or healthcare required.
  • 1-2 years of medical information or relevant experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • English (C1) and German (C2, mother tongue) language skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues related to medical functions.
