Job Description:

Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist - German speaking

Role type: Temporary (PAYE or Umbrella)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Surrey

I am currently working with a global pharmaceutical organization that has a key contract opportunity within their Medical Information team, based in Surrey. The successful candidate must be fluent in German (native speaker) and English, as both languages are essential for this role. Ideally, applicants will have 1-2 years of Medical Information or related experience. Candidates with strong experience and longer notice periods may also be considered. This role is primarily office-based but offers some flexibility for home-working.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and medical information proficiently in the local language
• Research and generate responses for medical inquiries in English
• Assist with second-line content management activities
• Create and maintain Medical Information documents
• Maintain broad knowledge and understanding of the designated therapeutic area
• Ensure compliance with relevant training, SOPs, etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in Medical Information or related activities
• Proficiency in German (C2, native speaker) and English
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues related to medical functions
• Experience in customer-focused roles or commercial settings
