Job summary

Tangerine Search is seeking an experienced medical devices sales professional to cover the East Midlands region, including Lincolnshire and Bedfordshire. You must live on territory and hold a UK driving license to travel across NHS and private sector accounts.

You'll identify key accounts, manage contracts and tenders, provide clinical support and market access insights, and work with senior leadership on planning and budgeting. The role requires independence and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales, including hospital theatres.
• Must live on territory and hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales plan.
• Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and NHS/private stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans to hit sales and market penetration targets.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders with senior leadership.
• Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance adoption.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and referring clinicians.
• Monitor competitive activity and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
