Job summary

Premex is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Handler in Bolton to manage medical legal claims from instruction to report delivery. You will coordinate with injured parties, solicitors, medical experts and clients, arranging appointments and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

The role emphasises excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment within our Operations team. Previous related experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Progress medical legal claims from instruction through to report delivery.
• Liaise with injured parties, solicitors, medical experts and clients.
• Book medical appointments prioritising convenience for customers.
• Provide customers with clear information on appointment availability, wait times and report turnaround times.
• Ensure medical experts receive all relevant documentation for court-ready reports.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and correspondence professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines; meet targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
