NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking an administrative support role to assist the Senior Charge Nurse teams in Critical Care and Theatres. The role involves audio typing, preparing patient-related documentation and medical letters, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Permanent, part-time 20.40 hours per week with training initially on Mon-Tue-Wed. Base location: Glasgow Royal Infirmary North Sector. Flexible working options may be discussed where service needs allow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to Senior Charge Nurse teams.

• Prepare patient-related documentation on behalf of medical staff.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed within required timescales.
• Support the smooth and efficient running of the service.
