Job summary

Randstad Education is supporting a Further Education college in Bromley to recruit a Media Qualified Learning Support Assistant. Qualifications

• Qualification in Media or Journalism or closely related subject.
• Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 educational, technical, and accessibility support to a student on Level 3 Media.
• Assist with understanding course content, deadlines, and use of media equipment or assistive technology.
• Support personal development, social skills and self-advocacy per target outcomes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, safety and wellbeing as needed within the campus.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor progress and adapt support strategies.
