Location: London HQ

Reports to: Head of Media

Contract: August to December 2025 (Fixed Term Contract & Full-time)

Your role @CHANEL: The successful candidate will support the Media Department administratively as well as assist in the preparation and implementation of the UK’s media campaigns.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

  • Assist in the general administrative management and smooth running of the media department to deliver our goals through key tasks such as coordinating diaries, managing travel arrangements, owning gifting and mailings, and leading external contact liaison.
  • Support the department with the design and creation of presentation templates, sourcing relevant data, content, and assets; managing distribution to key contacts where required.
  • Uphold brand image and reputation through seamless organization of events and meetings with external parties, ensuring all relevant preparations are undertaken and agendas shared.
  • Support Media Executives with weekly media workstreams such as tracking industry trends, competitor activity, sharing live campaign updates, analyzing performance data, and managing production requests.
