Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for ENT, Otology and reconstructive plastics in the South London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent NHS region. You will own a growing NHS territory, selling clinically led, technical medical devices across ENT, Otology and reconstructive plastics.

The role is field-based with theatre exposure, offering significant autonomy, clinical training, and the chance to work with senior clinicians and procurement teams within major NHS trusts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' territory management experience in medical devices or technical healthcare sales.
• Proven experience selling technical products or devices into hospitals.
• Clinically driven with ability to understand clinical information.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within NHS territory.

Responsibilities

• Field-based role daily with significant theatre interaction.
• Develop NHS accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Sell across ENT, Otology and reconstructive plastics portfolio.
• Build relationships with maxillofacial surgeons and consultants.
• Collaborate with theatre teams, procurement, nurses and therapists.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across hospital departments.
• Deliver clinical education, product demonstrations and technical support.
• Network within NHS trusts to grow presence and market share.
• Own full territory sales cycle in an autonomous field-based role.
