A leading distributor of automation products in the UK seeks a Mechatronics & Vision Business Development Consultant. This role involves proactively identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales teams within the organization. Key responsibilities include driving sales, developing relationships with partners, and facilitating technical support while working collaboratively across teams. Ideal candidates will possess strong business development skills and a background in mechatronics or a related field.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education, particularly in Maths & English.
• Experience in mechatronics and Independent Cart Technology.
• Ability to work under pressure and exhibit awareness of commercial conditions.

Responsibilities

• Driving Mechatronics & Vision sales by generating new opportunities.
• Overall ownership of Routeco Mechatronics & Vision solution numbers.
• Attending joint customer visits with Routeco Sales Teams and franchise partners.
