White-Recruitment presents an opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer in Knutsford. The role focuses on interpreting technical specifications, reading engineering drawings, and delivering expert support through enquiry and quotation processes.

You will collaborate with the internal sales and production teams to ensure accurate, commercially sound solutions are provided, and you will manage orders from enquiry to entry while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering qualification (Degree, HND or equivalent).
• Experience in a technical engineering environment with quotations or customer support.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers with technical and commercial enquiries.
• Producing detailed quotations based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Providing technical guidance and product support to customers throughout the enquiry process.
• Processing customer orders and managing projects from enquiry through to order entry.
• Liaising with engineering, production and external sales teams to ensure customers receive the right solution.
• Managing enquiry deadlines and keeping customers updated on project progress.
