Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Mechanical Team Leader / Supervisor (Days) in Scunthorpe to oversee planned and reactive mechanical maintenance in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

You will lead internal teams and contractors, drive fault finding and improvements, and support ongoing training and career development, with Monday–Friday, 42 hours per week and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or recognised mechanical apprenticeship.
• Mechanical maintenance and fault-finding experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.

Scunthorpe, commutable from: Doncaster, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Brigg, Barton-upon-Humber, Goole, Immingham, Market Rasen or surrounding areas

Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking to step up or a Supervisor from a manufacturing, industrial or heavy engineering background looking for a Monday-to-Friday role offering excellent benefits and long-term career development?
