Job summary

Options Resourcing Ltd in Leeds/Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical installation works on site, ensuring safety, programme, and quality standards across multiple projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to coordinate installation through testing and handover.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, ability to read drawings, and proven subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Site Supervisor or similar on M&E/building services projects.
• Strong HVAC, heating, ventilation and pipework knowledge.
• Experience supervising mechanical installations on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors, engineers and site operatives.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and programmes.
• Coordinate mechanical works with other trades.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical specs.
• Monitor progress and report delays to the Project Manager.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and RAMS requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
