Job summary

Options Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and expanding building services contractor seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to join their project delivery team.

This role will oversee day-to-day M&E installations across construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specs, deadlines, and safety standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, site teams and stakeholders from installation through testing and handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising M&E works on construction projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E installation activities on site.
• Manage subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with consultants, principal contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor construction programmes and drive progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities, ensuring systems meet performance requirements.
