A leading M&E Contractor in Leeds is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to manage a new residential project. This 12-month contract role involves overseeing mechanical work, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Pipefitting, and a strong commitment to quality and safety on site. Qualifications

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Pipefitting or equivalent certification.
• SSSTS/SMSTS for construction site management.
• Proven track record in a Supervisory or Management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical work and site trades.
• Supervise Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Conduct toolbox talks and manage materials ordering.
