Job summary

Artisan Recruit are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a permanent role with a well-established M&E contractor. You will oversee HVAC, pipework, plant installation and mechanical services on contracts spanning the south of England to London.

The role requires a strong grasp of RAMS, QA, programme planning and subcontractor coordination, with a hands-on approach to delivering on-site outputs safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising HVAC, pipework, plant installation and mechanical services.
• Knowledge of RAMS, QA, and programme planning.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical installation activities on site as part of a permanent role.
• Coordinate RAMS, QA processes and programming to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site coordination to meet project standards.
