Mechanical Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Project in Central London

Rate: up to £325/day | Duration: 6+ months (Temporary) | Sector: M&E Contractor

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Mechanical Site Manager with a proven background in the Building Services and M&E sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the UK's most prestigious M&E contractors on an iconic project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the self-delivery team and specialist outside sub-contractors.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
• Utilize IPAD and Fieldview software for reporting and site management tasks.

Requirements

• Industry-recognized qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in M&E Fit-out projects, preferably on large commercial schemes.
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in using Fieldview software and mobile reporting tools.
