Job Title: Mechanical Bias Field Service Engineer

Kingston Barnes is recruiting for a Mechanical Bias Field Service Engineer to join our client in Wiltshire and the surrounding area. The company has been operating for over 30 years and continues to grow annually. As a Mechanical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites to carry out inspections, servicing, and fitting works.

Requirements

• Carry out site visits for inspections or mechanical service/fitting work
• Ensure site work is completed to a satisfactory standard and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage relationships with clients on site
• Create site reports upon completion of work
• Maximize time on site by coordinating with the Regional Field Manager and internal colleagues to address technical or site issues and ensure satisfactory completion of work
• Work closely with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Participate actively in site work and job preparation, enjoying the hands-on aspect of the role
• Possess mechanical qualifications
• Have a background in mechanical fault finding
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or forces background is desirable
• Hold a clean driving license
