Job summary

Caddy Group Limited, an established M&E contractor, is recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical packages across the South East from its Kent head office. The role requires hands-on project leadership from pre-construction through to handover and strong coordination with clients and subcontractors.

You will manage programmes, budgets, procurement and site teams, with travel across Kent, Sussex and parts of London, ensuring compliant delivery of mechanical installations to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Strong mechanical building services knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Good commercial awareness including budgets and procurement.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and delivery.
• Coordinating mechanical works with electrical and other services.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, main contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Ensuring installations meet specifications and standards.
