Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team delivering high quality new build projects across the South East. You will own mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion on residential, care homes and commercial developments.

Typical project values range £500k–£3m. You will manage budgets, programmes and subcontractors, liaise with clients and consultants, chair site meetings and ensure safety and quality on every project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical services on new build projects.
• Strong knowledge of heating, hot & cold water and ventilation.
• Experience with mechanical drawings/design.
• Understanding of Building Regulations & CDM and JCT/DB contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers and supply chain partners.
• Control budgets, resources, programme and quality.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Chair site meetings and technical reviews.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and commercial processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM looking to take ownership of exciting projects across residential, care homes and commercial developments, typically valued between £500k–£3m.
