Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services

TBS Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build Ltd is a medium‑size, Birmingham‑based building services company. Established for over 45 years, we have built a strong reputation for reliability, quality, and trust with major clients. We operate nationally across a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, retail, commercial, and office developments.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate should be based in or near Birmingham and hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

This is a permanent position involving the delivery of projects throughout the UK across the retail, leisure, healthcare, commercial, and office sectors.

We are seeking a self‑motivated individual who can effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and company directors. Ideally, you will hold an ONC or HNC qualification in Building Services Engineering, be proficient in AutoCAD, and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' post‑qualification experience.

The role will involve:

• Mechanical services design and coordination
• Estimating and tender preparation
• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Reporting directly to company directors
• Delivering projects nationwide

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as projects may be located anywhere within the UK.

A company vehicle or car allowance will be provided. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
