Job summary

Apex Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical building services projects in the Midlands, coordinating clients, consultants and delivery teams to ensure safe, timely delivery to high standards.

This permanent role covers the Midlands, with Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, and a salary of £50k–£60k per annum. Perks include company car or car allowance, pension, 25 days’ leave plus bank holidays, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical building services project management.
• Good understanding of HVAC and public health systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple mechanical projects across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
• Planning and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Attending site and client meetings.
• Managing programme, quality and commercial performance.
• Supporting commissioning, handover and project close-out.

Overview

Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a family run MEP company. They provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services across the Midlands region. They work in a range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, MOD and Residential.

We're looking for someone who can confidently manage mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and our delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

This is a permanent position covering the Midlands area. It is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary is paying £50k - £60k per annum. Perks include company car or car allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, training & development opportunities etc.
