GR Associates in the West Midlands is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our established mechanical contracting team. The role spans diverse sectors and requires leadership across projects from inception to completion.
You will work with Contracts Managers and Project Managers, manage project programmes, monitor costs and quality, and foster strong client and subcontractor relationships. A clear path to Mechanical Contracts Manager exists within our growth-focused organisation.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Engineer to be based in the West Midlands, working for an established Mechanical Contractor.
The company offers the installation of mechanical engineering services, undertaking projects within various sectors including commercial, industrial, education, leisure and residential.
Ideally candidates will have at least 5 years building services experience working for a mechanical contractor and be looking to progress to a more senior level in the building services sector. With a respected/noted contractor and be qualified ideally to minimum HNC standard.
The role requires working across an interesting & diverse work base covering many specialised areas of the Mechanical industry. The role requires the financial & quality management of projects within a team environment along with the management of construction programmes. Full support and training will be given when required.
Working strategically with Contracts Managers/Project Managers you will possess excellent Client, Sub Contractor & inter-personal management skills.
