Job summary

A well-established M&E Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager based in or near Birmingham. The ideal candidate will manage projects from inception to completion across various sectors, including education and healthcare. Qualifications include ONC/HNC in building services and familiarity with AutoCAD. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience is required, along with a full driving license for project site visits throughout the UK. A company vehicle or car allowance will be provided.

Role: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: South Birmingham

My client is a well-established M&E Contractor that offer a comprehensive service to their clients, from inception to completion of either pre-designed or D&B projects throughout the country. Sectors include education, leisure, commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare and they are looking for someone to join their successful team.

As the successful Project Manager, you will need to be either based in or near Birmingham. You will be a self-motivated individual who must be able to interact with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers and report to Directors. Ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC in building services, be familiar with AutoCAD and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience post qualification. The role would require design, estimating and subsequent managing of projects, from inception to completion. Full Driving License required as the projects can be anywhere within the UK.
