Job summary

Caddy Group Limited is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager in Kent to lead mechanical building services projects across multiple sectors. You will oversee planning, procurement, installation and commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have proven M&E project management experience, strong HVAC knowledge and the ability to coordinate diverse teams on site. Travel to project locations is required.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping and plant installations.
• Ability to manage project programmes, procurement and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical building services projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Oversee HVAC and plantroom installations and testing.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
