Curve Recruitment are partnering with an established M&E Contractor to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager in Norwich. You will deliver mechanical projects up to £10m, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget and to the client’s specifications.

Requires SMSTS, CSCS and relevant industry qualifications, plus strong planning and financial management skills. The package includes a £60k salary, car/£6.5k allowance, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, private healthcare and a

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS cards and relevant industry qualification.
• Proven track record managing mechanical projects up to £10m (M&E).
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Experience with Building Services Contractors at a similar level.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical systems and installation methods.
• Strong financial performance on projects.
• Good people management and motivational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• The ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage materials, labour, sub-contractors, installation and procurement.
• Liaise with clients, supply chain and delivery teams.
• Ensure HSE compliance with support from H&S Manager.
• Financial management of projects including procurement and costings.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Monitor project programme and planning.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Complete and submit as-installed documentation.
