Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead high‑value MEP schemes in London and Essex. You will own the mechanical delivery from design development through to completion, working alongside the electrical team to deliver cohesive Cat B fit-out projects.
Ideal candidates will have a proven background delivering £4m+ projects and will be technically confident, commercially aware and capable of managing client, consultant and subcontractor relationships on site.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing building services contractor delivering high-value commercial projects across London and Essex.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading projects and being close to the delivery. You’ll manage the mechanical side of projects from design development through to completion, working alongside the electrical project team to deliver successful MEP schemes.
You’ll be working on £4m–£10m Cat B fit-out, refurbishment and plant replacement projects, delivered on a full Design & Build basis from Stage 3 onwards.

We’re looking for a strong Mechanical Project Manager with a proven background in commercial building services.
You’ll ideally have experience delivering £4m+ projects, particularly within Cat B fit-out, refurbishment or plant replacement.
You’ll be technically confident, commercially aware and comfortable dealing with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and gets things done.
