The role requires 5+ years' experience in mechanical services on new build projects, with knowledge of heating, ventilation and renewable technologies. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing mechanical services on new build projects.
• Strong knowledge of heating, hot & cold water and ventilation.
• Familiar with Building Regulations & CDM; experience with JCT/Design & Build contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers and supply chain partners.
• Control budgets, resources, programme and quality.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Chair site meetings and technical reviews.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and commercial processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Permanent | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering high-quality new build projects across the South East.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM looking to take ownership of exciting projects across residential, care homes and commercial developments, typically valued between £500k-£3m.

About You

You'll ideally have 5+ years' experience managing mechanical services on new build projects, with strong knowledge of:

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and NVQ Plumbing & Heating are desirable.
