Mechanical Project Manager

£55,000 - £60,000 + package + benefits (DOE). Ipswich

Are you an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager, lacking support and progression in your current role?

A regional award winning M&E contractor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across East Anglia and surrounding counties are searching for a Mechanical Project Manager.

Jark Cambridge are proud to be representing this market leading M&E firm who specialise in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke residential, arts & leisure, student accommodation and corporate offices. These projects typically range from £500K-£10million. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be based out of their head office near Ipswich, but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Completion of contracts - Through to handover.
  • Variations - Ensuring that these works are highlighted to the office.
  • Maintaining a WIP tracker - Stock and work in progress figures must be produced at the end of the month by the contracts team. It will be your duty to assist the office management with the required information to allow these figures to be submitted.
  • Manage mechanical projects from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate teams, materials, and schedules.
  • Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Person Specification
