Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical packages from inception to completion.

• Ensure delivery to required quality and programme.
• Manage health & safety and compliance across the project.
• Review drawings, specifications and design information.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates; manage procurement, labour and resources.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing mechanical packages from inception through to completion
• Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance
• Liaising with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality and programme
• Managing health & safety and compliance across the project
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information
• Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updatesManaging procurement, labour and resources

About You

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Project Managers with a strong background within the MEP/construction sector.

You will ideally have:
