Job summary

You will own large mechanical projects, drive delivery from concept to handover, and shape the department’s future while maintaining tight control of budgets, programmes and vendors.

The Opportunity

Take genuine ownership of major mechanical projects while working closely with the senior leadership team. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, manage commercial performance and play a key role in shaping the future of the mechanical department.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of large-scale mechanical installations.
• Commercial Management: Manage budgets, procurement, programmes and subcontractors.
• Technical Delivery: Oversee HVAC, pipework and mechanical building services packages.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Future Leadership: Work closely with senior management with a view to progressing into a Director-level role.
