Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical works on new-build projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee programme delivery and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage quality control and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor costs and assist with variations and commercial control.
• Report project progress to senior management.
