Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to own major mechanical packages on UK and European construction projects, with a clear route toward MEP Project Director. Based on a flagship project in Somerset, you will lead mechanical delivery, collaborating with MEP, construction, design and commercial teams to drive programme, quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Project Management experience within a main contractor or specialist MEP contractor.
• Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proactive on-site decision making and problem solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of major mechanical packages from pre-construction through installation, commissioning and handover
• Managing mechanical subcontractors, engineers and site teams
• Driving programme, quality, safety and commercial performance across packages
• Coordinating closely with electrical, CSA, design, commercial and commissioning teams
