CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance/Plumbing Engineer for a FM service provider based in Hammersmith, West London. The role requires mechanical/plumbing bias with NVQ/C&G qualifications and a proven building maintenance track record.

You will work on-site in a commercial office building, performing mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance tasks, with a salary up to £45,000 and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings maintenance.
• Emergency lighting inspection.
• Air Conditioning - AHU/FCU maintenance.
• Water Treatment checks.
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets, taps.
• BMS monitoring and control tasks.
• LTHW and DHWS/CHW system upkeep.

Mechanical Maintenance / Plumbing Engineer - FM Service Provider – Hammersmith, West London – up to £45,000

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Hammersmith, West London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based in Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be Mechanical / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, they will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• LTHW
• DHWS
• CHW

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM / 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM

Package

• Up to £45,000
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays

Requirements

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good Leadership & Management skills
• Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
