Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Mechanical Plumber Maintenance Engineer for a commercial office building in Hammersmith, West London. The role covers mechanical, plumbing and fabric maintenance on-site, with a focus on building services and FM operations.

You will work with the on-site maintenance team delivering reliable plant operation and plumbing duties. Candidates should be mechanically/plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ) with proven experience in building maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pumps, motors, seals, bearings maintenance.
• Emergency lighting testing and maintenance.
• Air conditioning AHU/FCU filter changes and cleaning.
• Water treatment temperature checks.
• Plumbing duties including unblocking toilets and replacing taps.
• BMS monitoring (hot & cold).
• LTHW, DHWS, CHW responsibilities.

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Hammersmith, West London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based in Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be Mechanical / plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, they will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks )
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• LTHW
• DHWS
• CHW

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 16:00 PM / 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM

Package

• Up to £45,000
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
