CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in London is seeking a Night Shift Engineer to maintain a commercial campus near Barbican. The candidate must be mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

The role is permanent with a salary of £52,000 per year including shift allowance and a benefits package. The successful candidate will perform M&E maintenance, manage subcontractors, and assist with client meetings as needed, working 4 nights on and 4 off from

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance.
• Lighting maintenance: fault-finding, lamping, changing ballasts, and control panels.
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Air Conditioning - AHU/FCU maintenance and filter changes.
• Water treatment temperature checks and dosing.
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets.
• BMS monitoring (hot & cold).
• Escort and organise sub-contractors.
• Attend client meetings if required.
• Keep site log books up to date.

Night Shift Engineer - Client Direct - Commercial Campus - Excellent Benefits - Barbican - £52,000

Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Whitechapel. CBW are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £52,000 (including shift allowance) + excellent benefits based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance.

He or she will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance to the following:

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• Escort / organise sub contractors
• Attend client meetings if required
• Ensure site log books are kept up to date

Hours of work

• 4nights on, 4 off
• 19:00pm - 07:00am

• Salary of £48,000 + £4,000 shift allowance
