Crown Peterborough is hiring a Back End Team Leader to drive daily operations in a fast-paced printing and can production environment. You will lead the Back End team, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant processes that meet production targets and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3 manufacturing or engineering qualifications and proven leadership in manufacturing, with knowledge of Lean, TPM or Six Sigma guiding improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Back End Operation team to ensure safe, efficient and compliant production.
• Collaborate with Front End, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive targets for production, quality and performance and implement continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

Join our team and play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality printed cans in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Back End Operation team, upholding the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the Back End production process, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational performances are achieved. You will work closely with Front End, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow and customer requirements are met.

What You'll Bring

You will hold a relevant level 3 manufacturing, engineering or operational qualification, and have experience leading or coordinating teams within a manufacturing environment. Experience operating and leading Back End can manufacturing processes would be beneficial alongside working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology.
