Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out general repairs, investigate faults, and complete scheduled maintenance to ensure the reliability of water recycling assets at treatment works and mechanical plants.

You will work as part of a collaborative team across sites in Dunstable, Luton, Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas, applying your NVQ Level 2 or 3 (mechanical/engineering) or apprenticeship and holding a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or 3 (mechanical/engineering) qualification (or equivalent) and/or completed a relevant apprenticeship and hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with mechanical control systems, telemetry systems, pumps, gearboxes and general mechanical/electrical plant maintenance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs, investigate and rectify faults and complete scheduled maintenance to ensure reliability of assets.
• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of water recycling assets and equipment installed at water treatment works.
• Planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical assets.
