Job summary

Curve Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in Cambridge and surrounding areas, servicing mechanical building services across commercial sites.

You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on pumps, heating, water systems and related plant, ensuring safe, compliant workmanship and strong client liaison. A valid UK driving licence and relevant mechanical qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out maintenance within commercial mechanical building services.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Service, maintain and repair mechanical systems including pumps, pipework, valves, heating systems and associated mechanical systems.
• Complete small mechanical installation and remedial works as required.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide effective fault-finding solutions.
• Complete job sheets, service reports and certification accurately.
