HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a Facilities Management team working across excellent commercial facilities. The role is primarily based in Northampton, with at least 1 day per week in Cambridge, focusing on PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and mechanical building services.

The candidate will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repair of mechanical plant and building services, and coordinate subcontractors while

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience within FM, Building Services or commercial properties.
• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or another mechanical discipline.
• Strong experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Good commercial plumbing / mechanical building services experience.
• Experience with pumps, motors, belts and actuators.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• 18th Edition desirable, not essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Fault find and repair mechanical plant and building services.
• Maintain pumps, motors, belts and actuators.
• Work on commercial plumbing and heating systems.
• Carry out water sampling.
• Respond to helpdesk and client requests.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors.
• Complete work safely in line with RAMS and Health & Safety procedures.
