Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Nuneaton is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain production equipment, fault-find, and carry out planned maintenance to keep machinery reliable and efficient.

You will support continuous improvement, machinery upgrades and installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime. The role offers training, development and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical maintenance background with hands-on experience.
• Proven fault-finding and breakdown response in a production setting.
• Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics systems; welding is a plus.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding producer looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably. You'll also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.
