The company specialises in the manufacture and processing of high-quality stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and nickel alloy products, supplying customers across a range of demanding sectors including energy, offshore, nuclear, marine, automotive and construction.
As Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in keeping production equipment and site machinery operating safely, reliably and efficiently. This is a hands‑on position suited to an engineer who enjoys diagnosing problems, carrying out preventative maintenance and helping to continuously improve plant reliability.
You will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of a varied range of production and site equipment, working proactively to minimise downtime and maintain high standards of safety and performance.
We are looking for a mechanically skilled and practical engineer with experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
You will ideally have:
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors or other heavy industrial machinery would be advantageous.
