CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy FM services team in White City, West London. The role covers electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance across a large commercial estate, with a focus on air handling and FCUs.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - White City, West London - Up to £48,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in White City, West London. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a unique commercial estate in White City working across a large estate.

The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 + overtime, further training and career progression.

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• FCU's - Maintenance & Filters

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00
• Plenty of Overtime
• 25 Days Holiday + 1 Day for Birthday
• Call out 1 in 4
